George Henry Kimbrough and Mary Howard Jackson were born in Scooba and raised their families there. George tried his hand at farming then became a local Mail Carrier. With his horse and wagon he delivered mail to many of the Scooba, Mississippi residence. Kemper County has a box around it in the map above.
