Benjamin Lebaume Helm

Benjamin was born in 1900 to Charles and May Helm. When he was 11 he raised his first calf and sold it at market only to buy brood sows and raised the pigs to go to market. The love of raising good cows and pigs never left him. He married twice and had eight children. Benjamin worked for the railroad in California before returning to Arkansas to retire raising prize pigs and cows.

Charles Augustus Helm

Charles A. Helm was engaged in farming for most all o fhis life. He raised an incredible vegetable garden and a yard full of flowers. He was a life long member of the Methodist Church. He taught his children about honesty and the power of good character. His word was his honor. 

Jacob Westbrook Helm

Jacob married a beautiful girl and left to find his fortune in the California Gold Rush of 1850. He found some nuggets and headed back home. He enlisted in the Calvary as a Confederate Soldier in the Civil War in 1863. Jacob moved to Union County Arkansas and homesteaded 160 acres of land where his family would continue to reside for generations.
