Warren was born two months after his mother’s divorce to Neils Rasmussen (his father) was finalized. He was born in grandma Peterson’s home surrounded by an aunt and uncles that loved him. He learned about the gospel growing up with Grandma Peterson and working on the farm. Warren is listed on the 1920 East Garland Census living with Grandma Hilda and attending school in the area. He was 14 years old and his uncles Lorenzo (Barber), Fredric(farming), and Ephraim (farming) live with him and Grandma Hilda. I think it is safe to assume he never had a relationship with his father. His father moved to Northern California before 1920 or Warren’s 14th birthday His father Neils passed away in 1925 when Warren was just 19 years old. He went to visit Delia and Ross with his Grandma Peterson in the mid-1930’s it was during this time that he helped Howard get involved with the Young Men and this is when Howard was baptized and received his Patriarchal Blessing. He went with Grandma Peterson back to East Garland Utah and met Florence Crowthers. He fell in love and in September 1935 he married the love of his life in Brigham City, Utah. He had a farm and worked it, in the Box Elder- Bear River area. He lived with his Father-in law, Frank Crowthers (age67), and Brother in-law, Raymond Crowthers (Age 23). Warren is listed on the 1940 Census as working 50 hours a week to make ends meet. He must have had some stomach pain to go in for surgery in regards to his ulcers. He never recovered from the surgery and died of a Pulmonary Thrombosis, or a blood clot in his lungs. He didn’t leave any surviving children. Grandpa Howard K Lundeen was very fond of his 1/2 brother. He enjoyed visiting with him in East Garland and having him come down to California for a short time.
